We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who can lead complex product development efforts from concept through production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, owns their work end‑to‑end, and brings both technical rigor and creative problem‑solving to every project.

Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design for advanced products across consumer, industrial, and electromechanical categories.
- Develop 3D CAD assemblies and 2D engineering drawings with full GD&T, tolerance stack‑ups, and manufacturing intent.
- Architect and validate mechanisms, linkages, enclosures, and structural components for performance, reliability, and cost.
- Run and interpret FEA, motion studies, and thermal analyses to guide design decisions.
- Drive design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure engineering quality across the team.
- Collaborate closely with electrical, firmware, and industrial design teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Oversee prototype builds, test plans, and validation efforts, including root‑cause analysis and design refinement.
- Work directly with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize DFM, materials, processes, and production readiness.
- Produce clear, organized engineering documentation including BOMs, assembly instructions, and technical reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience developing mechanical systems or products.
- Expert‑level CAD skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Deep understanding of materials, mechanisms, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in FEA, motion simulation, or thermal modeling.
- Ability to lead projects, communicate clearly, and collaborate across disciplines.
