We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who can lead complex product development efforts from concept through production. Responsibilities
  • Lead mechanical design for advanced products across consumer, industrial, and electromechanical categories.
  • Develop 3D CAD assemblies and 2D engineering drawings with full GD&T, tolerance stack‑ups, and manufacturing intent.
  • Architect and validate mechanisms, linkages, enclosures, and structural components for performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Run and interpret FEA, motion studies, and thermal analyses to guide design decisions.
  • Drive design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure engineering quality across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with electrical, firmware, and industrial design teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Oversee prototype builds, test plans, and validation efforts, including root‑cause analysis and design refinement.
  • Work directly with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize DFM, materials, processes, and production readiness.
  • Produce clear, organized engineering documentation including BOMs, assembly instructions, and technical reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience developing mechanical systems or products.
  • Expert‑level CAD skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of materials, mechanisms, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in FEA, motion simulation, or thermal modeling.
  • Ability to lead projects, communicate clearly, and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Bonus: experience with electromechanical systems, embedded products, or high‑volume manufacturing.
